The Torbay Business Association Inc. was established as a Business Improvement District (BID) by businesses situated in Torbay Village. They pay an annual BID Targeted Rate via their Council rates bill. Constitutionally they are eligible to register as Full Members of the TBA.
Other businesspeople and businesses are welcome to join as Associate Members. Associate Members enjoy most of the benefits of full membership, including being listed in the Business Directory, priority access to business development workshops and resources, and priority access to advertising space when it becomes available. Full Members
If you operate a business, or you own one of the buildings, within the Torbay BID area you are automatically eligible for Full Membership of the TBA, but you must still register your willingness to be a member of the TBA.
Associate Members
The TBA welcomes businesspeople and business owners who operate in our wider area including Waiake, Torbay, Northcross, Long Bay and Okura.
Fees
The Associate Membership fee per business is $200 plus gst per year.
